The second to last (Protocol 1 Article 3 "participate in free elections") will only be available to those above the rank of Knight of the Garter and will be an offence for anybody else.
With the removal of Article 7 (the right to no retrospective punishment), everybody else will immediately be subjected to the lack of Articles 7, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 and, in the case of repeat offenders (especially non-tory voters), subject to the lack of Protocol 13.
