Finally something many will agree on that Labour is pushing for:
'Members [of Parliament] are expected not to accept offers of paid outside interests that are made, or that a reasonable observer might think are being made, primarily because of their membership of the house'....
In other words, the House of Commons Standards Committee should stop MPs monetising their position (which seems to be aimed at serving politicians taking jobs in the media?)
