Hmm instance ran out of disk space and died.
I thought I was running a job that cleaned up every week but not sure if it's running.
Some assembly required.

There are some jobs you're supposed to run that clear out media older than X
RAILS_ENV=production /home/mastodon/live/bin/tootctl media remove
for some reason I had 20 gigs of stuff that was hanging around.
Needs some investigation
But it's a future me problem

@francis I only launched this weekend and saw the cache grow to 80% disc usage on my instance. This morning I added a storage volume and moved the 'system' folder to that, as well as #NEMSLinux to warn me in future if I ever come close to hitting capacity.
@francis what are you doing? Is this a VM?
