I used to think that SAFe, though not in the least agile, was better than chaos. I'm beginning to reconsider that last part.

@allenholub you need an exemplar of a small team that's successfully being agile so you can scale it. Until you can demonstrate consistency and success there's nothing to scale. I've never believed in SAFe, and never heard anything good tbh.

@allenholub Every org is different and needs to find adaptive patterns that work for it. Recipes are at best guidelines and sources of ideas, etc. etc.

Can only build large complex systems from smaller ones that already work etc. etc.
