Ha, of course...

Having cut back funding across civil society, from socially focussed charities to the arts, now the Tories are seeking to 'reform' tax laws to make wealth philanthropy easier & more wide-spread.

So, having removed (at least potentially democratically accountable) funding from a range of recipients, its now going to put them at the mercy of the rich, who will give according to their own private agendas.

We've seen how this plays out in the USA museum sector, and its not good!
