Communism advocates for the full inclusion and empowerment of disabled people within society. Central to communist principles is the idea of equality and solidarity among all individuals, regardless of their abilities or disabilities. In a truly communist society, disabled individuals would have equal access to resources, opportunities, and support systems to enable them to participate fully in social, economic, and political life.
