Finally got around to resurrecting my Mastodon instance. Discovered I could pay exactly the same and have 30GB more disk, given how disk hungry it is is a good thing.
The next thing I need to do is find the energy to update, or move it to something that's less resource hungry.
@francis If you're ok with less than 100% Mastodon API matching (which only affects a few dumb clients who didn't read the spec properly), GotoSocial is super-light on resources (single binary that also doubles as an admin interface, can use SQLite) and Akkoma is reasonably light (but needs Postgres and can be faffy to deal with.)
