Rishi Sunak's @Conservatives have been told to stop using the phrase 'levelling up communities', & instead use the terms 'stepping up', or 'gauging up'.
A far more honest & accurate phrase to use would be 'fucking up'.
Discovered why the passport office have been asking me to send my old passport over and over. Envelope arrived empty and damaged. I had an acknowledgment saying it had arrived. In December. I need it end April for holidays. Ffs.
I contacted them to ask why they keep asking me for a document they said they had.

They're egregious and they’re everywhere:
Bank overdraft fees
Airline ticketing fees
Credit card late fees
Cell phone termination fees
