They apparently hired a cop who used their tech to build surveillance platforms, and they're doing everything from just being dismissive toward to outright blocking everyone who's calling them on it.

Fully ruined their credibility, their public relations profile, several Christmas presents, and their own wallet, all in one fell swoop. Great. Just fucking stellar

If you actually managed to source a raspberry pi this giftmas season, I highly recommend you cancelling that order, and letting them know exactly fucking why.

Maybe something like "In light of Raspberry Pi's recent entanglement with deeply unethical surveillance practices and their dismissive behaviour toward their rightly concerned customer base, I need you to immediately cancel this order, and issue me a refund."
