But the empire is not passive, it is not innocent, and it is primarily responsible for the extremely dangerous current and emerging conflicts we are seeing on the world stage. The US empire is imperiling us all with its last-ditch frantic scramble to secure unipolar planetary hegemony before multipolarity takes over, open.substack.com/pub/caitlinj

I visited a #FoodBank yesterday (as part of a Report for Work, not thankfully as a client)

It was decorated with Charles III images and bunting.

Nothing says Britain 2023 than a Food Bank celebrating a Billionaire with a Gold Hat that we're all paying for.

It's estimated the #Coronation will cost up to £100m, paid for by the taxpayer. There's no legal need for one. Charles is king without it. No other European monarchy bothers. The last one in Spain was in 1555. The Scandinavian monarchies deemed it unnecessary by 1906.

'Lack of democracy is precisely the problem with the UK and fixing that starts with abolishing the parasitical royal family. Yet the tragic thing is, I would grudgingly pledge allegiance to a king if he would say during his coronation something like: “Today, rough sleeping and homelessness ends. There will be no more homeless people in this country. The state will provide.”

Imagine having a leader who would say something like that. If only…'

The Tories have already won in the sense that their ideology is now so deeply embedded in their main opposition that they can lose elections for a generation and still have their interests advanced - as they did under New Labour. twitter.com/labourlewis/status

The Royal Family legitimises the aristocracy

The aristocracy legitimises the establishment

The establishment legitimises inequality

And after 13 years of Blairism we had greater deregulation of the banks, more privatisation in our public services, low levels of new council housing, private companies getting away with low pay because the state topped it up, investment funded with disastrous PFI & illegal war! twitter.com/rachelreevesmp/sta

Who remembers this?

Stopping Corbyn was a US/ Western/ NATO establishment coup.

It all follows the 2014 Ukraine coup and then need to see it through, with Russia in their sights, where the warmongering would have been harder to achieve with a Corbyn-led UK Government. twitter.com/OneQuantumLeap/sta

@Nigel_Farage Let's look at the violent crime and murders that were a direct result of your racist led brexbollocks.
You're an abysmal man with blood on your hands.

The nice thing about having
a post that a lot of people boosted and liked is I've found some new people to follow.

If I didn't follow you don't be offended there were a lot of people and I may have just missed you.

See you in the next round.
